Serial Construction

For this project, I worked with the standard dimensions of Heijmans, which made it possible to redesign the terraced houses in a smart, efficient, and realistic way. Working within these fixed dimensions helped ensure that the homes can be easily reproduced, making the design suitable for large-scale development. At the same time, the focus remained on creating housing that feels modern, high-quality, and carefully considered rather than purely functional. By using clear structural principles, consistent proportions, and a well-organized layout, the project achieves a strong balance between efficiency and architectural quality.
