Schutskamp

This house design is inspired by the architecture of the 1930s and focuses on creating a warm, clear, and comfortable home. The design is based on simple proportions and a logical layout, reflecting the calm and solid look, while still being suitable for modern living. The floor plan is clearly organized and includes well-sized living spaces, bedrooms, and sanitary areas. Practical choices were an important part of the design, such as placing the bathroom and toilet above each other to make the installation layout efficient. The design also takes the size of the plot into account and uses the available space in a smart way, while making sure that every room receives enough natural daylight. Although this is a design project, the layout and proportions clearly show its potential as a comfortable and functional family home.
